We take the time to teach you about your new house too. For example, where are your emergency shutoffs and what is an emergency shutoff? We make sure you understand these thnigs, know where they are and how to operate them. We will point out important maintenance items and share tips that can help make your home safter, more energy efficient and comfortable.
