NYS Licensed Mold Assessor — a credential most inspectors in New York don't hold. We can legally assess what others can only guess at. We provide a free mold inspection with every home inspection. If mold indicators are identified, we have the training, license and tools to perform a comprehensive mold assessment. Our mold assessment package includes surface and air sampling, certified lab analysis and reporting, and a comprehensive remediation plan. If you have, or are in process of, remediating a mold issue we offer post-remediation inspection services to validate the effectiveness of your remediation contractor's work.
